When you get to the Tree:
You will start at the tree Home page which is the chart of the “Focus Person” for the tree. (That’s me of course since this is my family tree.) There will be a menu on the left of every page in the tree that will include “Home” to return you to the TREE home page. ONLY The Home page menu includes a link (top of the menu) to return you to “Hello World” (the Site Home page.)
To find information about individuals go to Persons on the menu. You will see the alphabet at the top of the page. Each letter is a menu choice that will list everyone who’s last name begins with that letter. The lists may be long so just scroll down until you find the person you are looking for. Or you can select Families from the menu on the left and use the alphabet index that appears at the top of the page to select last name of the family (it will be the “Partner 1” from the family) then scroll down to find the family you want to see. Other will be at the end of the alphebet. When Family name is Unknown, both individuals and families will be listed by first name under Other at the end of the alphabet.)
You can also click on the individuals shown on a Tree chart to go to that persons own chart.
To see the sources used to build this site go to the Sources page under the Home Menu or to the sources listed on an individual’s page. Names of persons or documents on any of these lists are links you can click on to see that person or the source document item. (The documents are loaded but not yet linked so for now only the details about the document can be seen.)
